day 01 Naples-Praiano

You will be met at Napoli Centrale and transferred to your hotel in Praiano. Time to settle in your room with sea views, enjoy a welcome drink and at leisure to explore the ancient fishing village of Praiano, which today is a prestigious seaside resort. Dinner will be served in the Hotel’s Restaurant (excluding drinks).

day 02 Praiano-Amalfi-Ravello-Cooking Lesson

This morning we travel to Amalfi. Free-time to visit the town with its magnificent Cathedral dedicated to Saint Andrew with the Paradise Cloister and the Arsenals. Then we drive up to Ravello where you have the option to visit the renowned Villa Rufolo with its medieval ruins and Villa Cimbrone with its fascinating views of the coast. In the afternoon, return back to the hotel for your first cooking lesson focusing in how to make handmade pasta and a variety of different sauces.

day 03 Praiano-Emerald Grotto-Positano-Cooking Lesson

This morning we visit a local liquor laboratory, followed by a tasting of Limoncello liqueur. Afterwards embark (weather permitting) from La Praia beach for a boat excursion of the famed coastline. First stop will be the Emerald Grotto. Continue by boat to the jewel of the Amalfi coast, Positano. Leisure time to visit the town explore the quaint streets and boutiques. Afternoon return to Praiano, be ready for your second cooking lesson. This session will be dedicated to preparing the local fish specialities and dessert.

day 04 Praiano-Capri-Praiano

Full day excursion to discover the picturesque Island of Capri. Transportation to and from Capri will be provided. You will have the entire day to spend time either shopping along the steep alleys or getting lost among the spontaneous and wild nature of its ancient villas and gardens. You will be amazed by the perfect harmony of tropical and Mediterranean plants and flowers. Late afternoon return to the hotel. Dinner will be served in the hotel’s Restaurant (excluding drinks).

day 05 Praiano-Departure Transfer

Your cooking and touring experience comes to an end after breakfast and your private transfer back to Naples Airport or Rail Station.

Inclusions: twin/double share with sea views at the 4* Hotel Tramonto d’Oro, return private transfers from Naples, boat trips to the Emerald Grotto and Positano, entrance to the Emerald Grotto, return transfers from La Praia Beach, private excursion to Amalfi, Ravello, visit Liqueur Laboratory, tasting, return boat trip to Capri, welcome drink, two cooking classes, interpreter during the lessons, local taxes.
